The Ability First Coalition carries out our mandate by bringing employers together to share success stories, best practices and experiences related to hiring and retaining persons with disabilities.

Our Coalition knows firsthand there is a strong business case to be made for hiring for ability first, that can have a direct and positive impact on your bottom line and corporate culture. The Ability First Coalition also works closely with Partners in Employment, a collective of service providers committed to helping businesses and employees with disabilities come together.
